Lucy Mitchell BVet Med MRCVS. Veterinary Surgeon
I qualified in 2003 from The Royal Veterinary College, University of London. I have always worked in small animal practice, originally in Worcestershire, before moving to North Essex in 2010. I feel that as a veterinary surgeon, euthanasia is one of the most important services we provide and it is very important to all concerned that it is done well. I visit your pet in their home environment where you are both more relaxed. I always administer a sedative to your pet first, so you can both relax and prepare together. The entire process is unhurried, taking as long as you both need.
